Terms of Service

Last updated Oct 29, 2026. These terms cover flipaways.com, the waitlist, and the Flipaways app when it launches. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

What Flipaways is

Flipaways is a reseller tool (website and upcoming iPhone/Android app). Estimates of resale, fees, max offer, and profit are informational. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and they are not a promise you will make money.

Waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we may email you about launch and early access. You can unsubscribe anytime. Being on the list does not guarantee a launch date, a free plan, or priority beyond what we state on the site.

Accounts and plans (at launch)

When accounts open, pricing and the 14-day Pro trial will match the Pricing page unless we notify you of a change. Billing will run through Apple and/or Google on mobile. Cancel from your profile or store subscription settings; you keep access through the period you already paid for. We never take a cut of your flips or handle payments between you and buyers/sellers.

Your content and marketplaces

You are responsible for listings you post, purchases you make, and following each marketplace's rules. Flipaways drafts and prices help; you post. We do not auto-publish to marketplaces. Marketplace names and logos identify places resellers commonly use; they are not endorsements or partnerships unless we say so.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or app (spam the waitlist or contact form, scrape aggressively, break the law, or try to access other people's accounts or data). We may refuse service or remove accounts that abuse the product.

Disclaimer

The site and app are provided “as is.” We work to keep estimates useful, but markets move fast and data can be incomplete. To the extent allowed by law, Flipaways is not liable for decisions you make based on estimates, downtime, or third-party marketplace outages.
